Our laboratory performs material-level testing and performance verification for silica aerogel products used in industrial insulation. Activities focus on internal quality control, material characterization, and batch consistency, providing technical data to support engineering evaluation and material selection.

These activities do not replace third-party certification, regulatory testing, or project‑specific inspection requirements.

We evaluate key physical and thermal properties of silica aerogel materials, including:

• Thermal conductivity
• Density and structural uniformity
• Hydrophobic performance
• Service temperature resistance

Test methods are selected based on product form and application conditions, supporting material comparison and performance understanding during the evaluation stage.

Laboratory testing also supports routine quality control across production batches, including:

• Incoming material inspection (where applicable)
• In‑process quality monitoring
• Finished product performance verification
• Batch‑to‑batch data comparison

These activities help ensure stable and repeatable material performance across supplied aerogel products.
